If you do not agree to our Terms & Conditions, we encourage you to refrain from shopping on our Website. We reserve the right to update our Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
You are able to order any of our products as long as they are still available. Sometimes, products in high demand may sell out quickly so please note that items in your shopping bag are not held to reserve and you must Check Out to make sure that the product is purchased. It is not possible to modify or add items to your Shopping Bag once you have checked out.
Prices shown on our website are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices may be updated without prior notice.
We reserve the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to suspicious reasons such as but not limited to; different account holder’s name or incomplete payment. We also reserve the right not to process your order if the item in purchase turns out to be out of stock due to system failures and errors. In such a case, we will refund your payment completely.
All payments are made via Midtrans, a secure online payment gateway. If you opt to use bank transfers, you must confirm your payment to validate your purchase. If you opt to use credit cards, your order will be processed automatically once your payment is successful. For more information regarding payment confirmations, please select the “Order & Payment” menu at the bottom of our website store.
In the event where customers receive defective products from our website store, please email us at admin@lifestyle-international.co.id informing us of the Order ID number and reason for return, no more than 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that this policy only applies to products that are purchased from www.cow-style.co.id. The Return Policy DOES NOT apply to items purchased on Sale. All purchases made on sale are final and we do not accept returns.
Refunds will include the payment made, including shipping costs. For international customers, please contact your local customs officer for more details for tax and customs refund.
